Walking downhill from the "mezzanine" level, a neighbour's macadamia plantation can be seen through a gap in the trees. We have loosely classified the entire property into three segments: the Sleepy Creek valley; the "mezzanine" - a spur of land running up the western boundary; and the top side. The top level has 360 degree views, and the best panoramic outlook to the ocean. Along the 'mezzanine' can be seen a combination of green rolling hills and 'mountain' ranges, while the valley is dominated by meandering creeks and remnant rainforest patches.
